We want you to love your new art. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it for a full refund within 15 days from the date of delivery. If you are returning an item due to defect or damage you may request an exchange for the same item.
Please contact email@example.com before returning your package. Return shipping is free, and we will provide the shipping label along with your return authorization code.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must include the original certificate of authenticity, and all other materials accompanying the print. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven to ten (7-10) business days.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds may take 1 billing cycle to appear on your credit card. If you do not receive your refund within 30 days of issue date, please contact us for assistance.
